Central IT Services includes the following areas:

  • Reporting

    Technology Services offers reports on various applications and services. Reports are generated using third party software or developed in-house by Technology Services staff.

      The Regina Catholic Schools Service Desk offers a single point of contact for all users in Regina Catholic Schools. The primary focus of the service desk is to offer reliable and consistent technology support to all end users. This is achieved by employing qualified and certified staff, adopting ITIL standards.       • Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity

        Disaster recovery and business continuity planning is extremely important to Regina Catholic Schools commitment to technology and technology standards. All DR/BC policies are developed in-house in conjunction with division wide emergency planning.

            Network accounts are provided to all staff and students within Regina Catholic Schools. 

            • Inventory Management

              All computer hardware and software information is stored and recorded by Technology Services. We offer assistance in the acquisition, testing, implementation and training of all software and hardware purchased by the school division.
