Alumni Information Form

From time to time, we hear of the successes of many of our alumni. Many drop by or e-mail a note and share their stories with us. We are very proud of our alumni who are contributing in so many positive ways to our society. We hope that you will take time to complete this form so that we may create an alumni database. We hope that we may be able to provide our alumni with information on what is happening in our school and be able to access alumni for various functions so that students may recognize the successes of our former Golden Suns.
