Please note when applying for scholarships, that deadlines are non-negotiable. If transcripts or references are required, be aware that it takes time for others to process your requests. Also be aware that if you must mail documents, it will likely take 2 or 3 days for your application to reach its destination.

Canadian Golf Foundation – The RCGA Foundation encourages
the athletic and academic careers of promising Canadian golfers and students of
the industry by offering financial assistance through scholarships and
awards. Applications are due in June of each year.
Ed Bitz Scholarship (2 x $1000) - Softball Canada is currently accepting nominations for the Ed Bitz Scholarship, awarded to two registered Softball Canada umpires who following are their studies in a post-secondary educational institution. The deadline for applications is April 30 of each year.
The Fuelling Athlete and Coaching Excellence (FACE™ ) program provides funding to amateur athletes hoping to one day represent Canada at the Olympic and Paralympic games. Athletes and coaches can use the funding for: training, equipment, or for traveling to competitions. To date, the FACE program has helped over 2,400 Canadian athletes and their coaches by providing more than $8,000,000 dollars in direct financial support.
Future Aces Scholarship - Awarded to students who can demonstrate their contribution to society by exhibiting good citizenship through extensive volunteerism, community service or character building initiatives and by participating in humanitarian causes. http://futureaces.org/what-we-do/3-2-scholarships/ deadline is February 1
Get Girls Golfing Scholarship ($1500) - will be granted annually to one female high school senior that plays golf competitively in high school and intends to play golf as a freshman at a 2 or 4 year college. The scholarship will be awarded based on a combination of golf accomplishments, personal achievement, and overall need. Application deadline is in May each year.
Regina High School Athletic Association - has various scholarships with various due dates. All Regina Catholic Student athletes are encouraged to investigate these scholarships. Deadline for submission of applications to Ms. Barnes-Pitka is Wednesday, May 8th. Applications are available in Student Services.
Saskatchewan High School Athletics Association Awards – The SHSAA offers various awards. Full details are available online.
Saskatchewan Golf Association – Several SAGE Scholarships are open to students who are members of the SGA and who will be pursuing a full course of academic studies at a recognized post-secondary institution. Application deadline is May annually.
Stacey Levitt Scholarship for Women – 5 awards of $500. Are awarded to women for their involvement and participation in sports. Applications are typically only accepted between April 1st and May 1st each year.
Saskatchewan Hockey Association - awards 11 scholarships for $1000.00 each hockey season to members of the SHA. Application deadline is August 31st.
Spirit of Sandra Junior Curling Scholarship - (6 awards of $5000) Intended for young athletes who participate in curling in their graduating year from high school and who are attending post-secondary education. Recipients must have an 80% average. Application deadline is April each year
Softball Canada Awards - Each year, Softball Canada honours various members of the softball community who have contributed to the development and promotion of the sport. These individuals are recognized during the Hall of Fame and Awards Banquet during the Softball Canada AGM and Congress. Application deadline is September 15th annually.
Pat Fletcher Golf Scholarship - Over 20 awards of up to $3000.00. Criteria includes: well-rounded lifestyle including non-academic interests and community involvement; an interest and ability in golf and respect for the traditions of the game. Application deadline is May 31st annually.
