Students have access to books, magazines, reference material, newspapers and information files as well as on-line databases found on Regina Catholic School's home page. Computers are available for library and interent searches and word processing. Students are issued a library card in early fall. The library card is required to borrow library materials. Students are asked to keep their library cards at school for easy accessibility.

Database Access from Home
Here are some instructions for accessing databases at home from a desktop:
On a desktop go to http://external.edonline.sk.ca/public/listing.html
Login is at the top. Username=firstname.lastname
This will be your name as listed on your birth certificate.
Password=birthday, as a four digit number. MMDD (month day). So May 23 is 0523.
Once logged in, select All K-12 Student resources at the bottom, and the databases will be listed alphabetically. You can't access all our databases this way (some Gale are missing, but most of them are there).
The missing databases can be accessed through an app for smartphone called Access My Library. Once loaded on your phone, give the app permission to know your location. It will ask you to select the type of library (School) and Division (Regina Catholic School Division). See Ms. Harding for the password.
At the bottom of the screen there will be a database button.
