We begin our prayer in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

This evening marks the end of Lent and the beginning of the Easter Triduum – one big 3 day journey through the exciting drama of Holy Thursday, the sadness of Good Friday and the mystery and celebration within Easter Vigil followed by world filling joy of Easter Sunday. Easter is 50 days of celebrating how much God loves us.  It is a time of great joy and mystery which ends with the Holy Spirit's fire at blazing out at Pentecost embracing all of us!  Find a place to be a part of these celebrations,.

In Psalm 136  we read: "Give thanks to the God of heaven, for his kindness (mercy) endures forever."

There are some of God's children who struggles with their bodies, their minds, and their hearts.  How can we grow and keep friendship in these kinds of struggles?

The answer is complex, but a friend of mine said "Well, I know this, I never would have made it without God." Indeed, God's mercy endures forever.

Lord help us trust in You more deeply so we may love one another more deeply!

We bring before you Jesus all those affected by the Covid-19 virus. May we work together bringing hope and healing in these times of fear and despair. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

We close by praying Glory be to the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.  As it was in the beginning is now and ever shall be world without end.  Amen.

We continue our way towards Easter in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

We begin our prayer in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

This evening marks the end of Lent and the beginning of the Easter Triduum. Over 3 days we celebrate but one celebration. The high drama of Holy Thursday, Good Friday and the Easter Vigil followed by Easter Sunday mark the beginning of 50 days of celebrating how much God loves us including the gift of Jesus and the outpouring of the Holy Spirit.  It is a time of great joy and mystery which ends with the Holy Spirit's fire at Pentecost embracing all of us!  Find a place to be a part of these celebrations.

St. Patrick recalls the joy of a God who is always with us.

I bind to myself today

The power of God to hold and lead,

God's eye to watch,

God's might to protect,

God's ear to hear my need.

The wisdom of my God to teach,

God's hand to guide,

God's shield as my protector;

The word of God to give me wise speech,

God's heavenly host to be my guard.

May our Lent enable us to trust in God more deeply!

Amen.

And we continue our way towards Easter in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
