Elementary:

In the name of the Father, and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Maybe today we focus on random acts of kindness. Do a kind deed for someone just because it is a good thing to do. Don't ask for any praise or reward. Just act kindly to others.

We pray:

Lord of wisdom, help us learn to love more so that we can:

Listen better,

Understand more,

Care more,

Welcome others more,

Help more,

And share more.

We close with the Serenity Prayer: God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and the wisdom to know the difference.

Looking for ways to share love, we continue our day in the name of the Father, and the Son and the Holy Spirit, Amen.

In Mark's Gospel we hear that:

A leper approached Jesus, fell to his knees, and pleaded, "Jesus, if you want to, you can make me whole again." Jesus had such deep feelings for the leper, he reached out and touched the man. "I want you to get better. Be whole again." At that moment, the disease left him.

The Gospel of the Lord, [Response: Praise to You Lord Jesus Christ]

Dear Jesus,

You helped the leper become whole again.

You want us to become whole and happy too.

Give us the wisdom to find those things that stop us from being whole:

Times like:

When we lie

When we hurt others

When we refuse to help

When we do not forgive others

Jesus, forgive me as I forgive others and

help me to love more so that I can do more for you.

We close with the Serenity Prayer: God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and the wisdom to know the difference.

Looking for wholeness we continue our day in the name of the Father, and the Son and the Holy Spirit, Amen.
