Good morning ___school name____.

Wherever you are in the building, please stand up for Jesus and join me in the sign of our faith. In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen

Jesus loves us so much and he wants us to be happy! That’s why Jesus said to us, “Come and follow me.”

Following Jesus means that we love him and that we care about others just as he cares about us. But that can be hard to do, and sometimes we mess up. When that happens, Jesus is always very patient with us. God knows we all have good and bad days and we all make mistakes.

The good news is that Jesus will NEVER stop loving us. So today is a reminder that it is so important to say I’M SORRY to the people we have hurt. We must also say I’M SORRY to God when we know we have done something wrong.

Our loving God will always be waiting to welcome us with love and joy.

So this morning we pray:

Help me, Lord, to make good choices and to show love and kindness to my classmates, teachers, friends and family. Jesus, guide me to you when I need forgiveness and help me to say those difficult words, I’M SORRY, when I need to!

Thank you Lord God, for the gift of today and for loving me, no matter what!

In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen
