Elementary:

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Today we celebrate the Feast of St. Agnes, patron of chastity and protector of young girls. Together we pray for the protection of all people.

Lord, with St. Agnes as our inspiration, may we work together to defend the dignity of all people especially young girls.

Let us pray that we work together for dignity:

God of harmony and unity,

You want us all to work together to build your kingdom.

May our ears hear your voice clearly

May our eyes see your beauty in all

May our understanding break down walls of fear and prejudice.

May we make our school

a place of friendship

a place of belonging

a place of welcome.

where everyone feels safe.

where everyone has a place

where all are united in You, dear God.

Together with St. Agnes we make our prayers in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
