Good morning ___school name____.
Wherever you are at the building, please stand up for Jesus and join me in the sign of our faith. In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen
Our minds can be really good at worrying.
Our imaginations can picture the worst! We wonder, "what if this or that terrible thing happens?"
When we worry a lot, we become anxious and fearful.
No one wants to live like that.
But if we choose to pray, we put our worries into God's hands. We ask for God's help. Even in the middle of our problems, we can feel peace – God's peace - because we can trust that God is taking care of us.
Remember, God doesn't always answer our prayers the way we want, but God has a great plan for ALL of us, because we are all God's children.
And so today, we pray together as a family here at –SCHOOL NAME—
God, when I am starting to worry, remind me to ask for your help instead.
I give all my worries and fears over to you right now, dear Lord, so I can have a more peaceful day.
In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen
