Masks in Regina Catholic Schools

November 05, 2020

Earlier this week, the Saskatchewan Government issued a public health order that all people will wear a non-medical mask when in public buildings. See more online here. This public health order is in place beginning tomorrow, Friday, November 6, 2020, and will be in place for at least 28 days.

The Regina Catholic School Division will follow suit. Within Regina Catholic Schools, all staff members and all students must wear a mask when indoors in the presence of others. As in the public health order requirements, private offices and cubicles are exempt.

This means students in pre-kindergarten, kindergarten, and grades 1 to 3 are now required to wear a mask at school and while riding any RCSD provided transportation.

Our Return to School Plan will be updated to reflect the changes.

So we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually we are members one of another. Romans 12:5

Thank you for doing your part.
