Reminder to graduating students who have parents teaching in Regina Catholic – the RCSTA Scholarship deadline is May 31st. Applications are available in Student Services.
Graduating students who have parents who are support staff in Regina Catholic – the RCSESPA Scholarship deadline is June 16th, Applications are in Student Services.

Any aboriginal student that received a permission letter for “Discovering your directions” you need to return it to Ms. Ward A.S.A.P.

In floor hockey today, The Bardown Bears take on Flint Tropics.  The non-winner of this game will play again tomorrow against The Vegas Golden Knights.

There is a fitness appraisal make up TODAY at 12:25PM in GYM B. If you missed the last fitness appraisal, you must be there to make it up or you will not receive a grade.

Attention all outdoor education members, there will be a mandatory meeting today at break in Ms. Andersons room to discuss next weeks camping trip, if you have not already signed up for the camping trip and wish to join please find Mr. Poulin, Ms. Anderson, or Ms. Pravda-Haas today or tomorrow.

Attention all golfers there will be a meeting Thursday at break regarding the golf wind up party! Make sure to bring your golf fees!

There will be no Robotics or Makerspace after school today.

Yesterday the boys CAC rugby team was in tough against the Hounds of Notre Dame. Though we lost, the boys showed a lot of heart and didn't give up. Highlights came from a huge kick-off return by Chase "El Capitan" Stelter and tries by Matt "the Ogre" Klimchuk and David "Surefoot" Kiran. The boys will have a practice today after school on the Miller field.

Today the girls Ruck City team will play three rugby sevens game at the Regina Rugby Club. Good luck girls.

Can Jenna Carnegie and Carter Brezinski please see Ms. Thompson at some point today.

Senior boys handball team: Your practice is likely going to change today.  Please listen for an announcement and come check Ms. Thompson’s door at the end of the day.

Reminder to Vocal Jazzers- Hide and Seek is rehearsing tomorrow morning at 8:00am. 

Choir Soloists- reminder that we have rehearsal Thursday this week after school until 4:30pm.  See Ms. Birrell if you are unable to attend.

On the weekend, a number of Miller track athletes competed in the Weyburn Track Meet. The following athletes finished in the top four in their events:
Angelina Nicolaeva 4th in the 800m and 3rd in the 400m.
Vincent Pasqua 4th in the 400m and 3rd in the 200m.
Sabrina King 3rd in the 800m.
Myles Sahulka 3rd in the shot put.
Hunter Weist 3rd in the high jump.
Griffin Chorney 3rd in the 200m and
2nd in the triple jump.
Anthony Baryluk 2nd in the 400m and 2nd in the 800m.
Tevia Terry 4th in the 80m hurdle,
2nd in the 100m and 1st in the triple jump.
Josh Linner 2nd in the high jump and 1st in the triple jump.
Chyles Sinclair 2nd in the 400m,
1st int he 800m and, 1st in the 1500m. Near the beginning of his race, Chyle's runner came loose, and he kicked it off and finished the race with one runner that's Marauder spirit!
Juleah Duesing 1st in the 100m and
1st in the 200m.
The team of Angelina, Sabrina, Tavia, and Julia finished 2nd in the 4X100m relay.
Samuel Oyebamiji set a meet record with a 1st in the 100m hurdles
Kailee Woitas also set a meet record with a first in the long jump.
Great job Miller Track Team!
Please come out tonight to watch Chyles Sinclair, Kaila Neigum, and Michael Thiel compete in the 3000m city finals at Douglas Park. Good luck!
