Please remember that skirts/shorts should not be shorter than your extended finger length when your arms are placed at your sides. Think about the dress policy each morning before coming to school.

Yesterday in girls rugby sevens action, Ruck City defeated the Riffel/Thom team by a tally of 29 to 5. Tries came from Emily “Swift” Schwab, Bree “Mo’Money” Morrison and Eve “the Evasive” Neithercut. They also played against the Notre Dame Hounds and the Suns. While they lost both games Eve Neithercut scored three times, bring her total to a whopping six tries on the day.
Today, the College Avenue Crush boys team will play three rugby sevens game starting at 4:50 at the Regina Rugby Club. Good luck!! Players, please be at the field ready to go by 4:20.
Another great day for the Miller Marauder track team in the the last mini meet of the season. The following track athletes placed in the top five in their events:
Jastin Masa 5th in high jump
Tavia Terry 5th in long jump
Daniel Gonzaga 4th in discus
Juleah Duesing 2nd in long jump
In the 3000m city finals, all four of the Miller athletes who ran the race placed in the top 4 in their age group.
Nevia Michayluk placed 4th in midget girls
Michael Thiel placed 3rd in senior boys
Kaila Neigum placed first in the senior girls, and
Chyles Sinclair placed first in the midget boys 3000m.
The city finals take place at Douglas Park next Wednesday and Thursday from 1-6. Good luck to all Miller track athletes who are participating!
