St. Francis On-Line Registration Form

"This Registration Form is part of the application process. Completing this registration does not guarantee acceptance. Once your form is received, an appointment will be booked with the school administration.  Please do not phone the school to verify your submission as you will receive a confirmation email or phone call from the school. If you are applying for kindergarten, please indicate AM or PM. We thank you for your interest in Catholic Education, and look forward to meeting with you."

  • You are required to provide legal ID for your child.
  • Please forward scanned copies (or picture) of the following documents to k.l.lach@rcsd.ca 
    • Birth Certificate
    • Sask Health Card
    • Baptismal Certificate (if your child is not baptized Catholic, please provide your Catholic Baptismal certificate).  

NOTE: Registrations for St. Francis Community School for the 2020-2021 school year can be completed online at anytime during the summer.  School Administration will make contact with applicants after August 26th once we return to the office.

About St. Francis Community School

St. Francis Community School is a Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 8 Catholic school. Our purpose is ​to provide students with quality learning experiences in a Christ-centered environment. Working in partnership with our families, the school community, and St. Cecilia Parish, we inspire students to use their unique gifts to reach their spiritual and academic potential. On Treaty 4 Land, we foster a desire to become lifelong learners and followers of Jesus Christ.​
