Online Registration Applications 

To apply to St. Josaphat School, click on the appropriate link below. Once your form is received, a school administration will review your application and if necessary, refer your application to the Newcomer Welcome Centre for a school readiness assessment for your child. You must fill out a form for each child you wish to register.

  • Kindergarten Registration 2022-2023

    Kindergarten Registration 2022-2023

    2022-2023 Kindergarten Registration
    Registration for the 2022-2023 school year begins on Monday, January 10 online.   Children must be five (5) years of age by December 31, 2022. The forms and intake process will be completed virtually this year.  The link is located at the top of the St. Josaphat website.  We will contact families after receiving the completed registration form.   Completing this registration does not guarantee acceptance. Once your form is received, you will be contacted by our school principal. At this time, arrangements will be made to finalize the registration process. We thank you for your interest in Catholic Education.
