Greetings from the Regina Catholic School Division Board of Trustees!

We are Regina Catholic Schools. Know, Love, Serve.

As a Board, we want to thank you for your support. In spite of a global pandemic, you were willing to come out and vote in the municipal election, and at this time, we would like to introduce the new Board of Trustees.

Your recently elected Board is comprised of: Vicky Bonnell (Chairperson), Rob Bresciani (Deputy Chair), Ryan Bast, Juliet Bushi, Bob Kowalchuk, Shauna Weninger and Darren Wilcox. We are honoured to serve the Regina Catholic School Division for the next four years. Our division values of accountability, collaboration, honesty, integrity, respect and wellness are top of mind as we step into the future of Regina Catholic Schools.

We are beginning the season of Advent, a time to reflect and prepare. This month we look toward the birth of the Christ child and what that means to us. Even from behind masks, as Christians, we know what really matters. We know the simplicity into which the Son of God was born. That stable so many years ago was without pomp and circumstance. It was simple, and enough. We pray that each of you experiences the peace of knowing that Jesus is walking with us as we journey through Advent.

"From his fullness we have all received, grace upon grace. 17 The law indeed was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ." ~John 1:16-17

Students and staff are looking forward to a break and time to celebrate the Christmas season. The final day of classes is Friday December 18. Please note students will have an early dismissal to begin the Christmas break. We look forward to welcoming all our staff and students back on Monday, January 4, 2021. Stay safe and stay well.

God Bless,

Vicky Bonnell, Board Chair
Ryan Bast, Trustee
Bob Kowalchuk, Trustee
Darren Wilcox, Trustee
Rob Bresciani, Deputy Chair
