Newcomers and/or Immigrant Families

Please contact Multilingual & Multicultural Services for assistance with our registration process. You will need:

  • Immigration documents for children and parents (PR card, permits, etc.). Permits must be valid for Saskatchewan.
  • Passports for children and parents.
  • If both parents are not currently in Regina: a Declaration from Non-accompanying Parent/Guardian for Minors has been notarized.
  • Birth certificates (for children only).
  • Rental agreement or confirmation of home ownership (mortgage statement, Land Titles document, or City of Regina tax assessment).
  •  A second document to confirm your address.
  •  A Confirmation of Enrollment for full-time degree or diploma classes at a post-secondary institution in Regina and a receipt for tuition paid (only needed when a parent holds a study permit). These two documents will be required at registration and at the beginning of each semester.

Request for Letter of Acceptance from Regina Catholic Schools

Please send the requested documents to the email address mlmc.services@rcsd.ca  and complete the application form below to obtain a Letter of Acceptance from Regina Catholic Schools.

  • A separate application form is required for each child. 
  • A Letter of Acceptance costs $250 for each child or $500 for two or more children from the same family (non-refundable). 
  • Payment instructions can be found on the application form. 
  • Letters of Acceptance will not be provided during school holidays.

  • Parents must hold a study permit valid for a degree or diploma program in Regina. 
  • Dependent students of a parent who is taking EAL or ESL classes are not eligible for tuition-free education in Saskatchewan.
