When you were a newborn baby, your parents learned very quickly the different ways you cried when you were hungry, tired, or even when you needed your diaper to be changed!

God hears our cries in just the same way. Whether we are sad, angry, afraid or alone, God knows how we are feeling, even if we cannot find the words to say when we pray.

We pray together this morning as a family:

God, you know exactly how I’m feeling.
Help me to learn how to share my thoughts and feelings with you.
Thank you, Jesus, for your goodness and love.
Open my eyes so I can see others that need my help.
Open my heart to be kind and generous.
Keep our school safe, Lord, and help me to be a good listener. 

We make all our prayers in the Name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen
