Did you know that sometimes it’s really good to have some “alone” time? Time by yourself, and space from others. What do you do when you have “alone time”?

The season of Lent is a time to refresh our body, mind and spirit. The whole idea of Lent is not just about what we have done or “given up” for Lent, but what has LENT done for us.

My hope for each of you today, is that you take some time when you are alone to speak to God. God is always here and anxiously waiting to hear from you.

Let us pray:

Loving God, thank you for loving me just the way that I am. Help me to make some quiet time this weekend to get closer to you in prayer, this Lent.

Thank you for my family and friends. Thank you for the gift of today. Thank you for keeping Regina Catholic Schools safe.
