Daily Prayer - March 6
In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen
Today is WORLD DAY OF PRAYER.
It is an invitation for Christians throughout the world to pause and pray together. We know that most of our students in our school are Catholic, but we also have many students who belong to other Christian faiths. Some of these faiths include Lutherans, Anglicans, Baptists, the United Church and many non-denominational churches in Regina.
As Christians, we all practice our faith a little differently in our churches, but we all give thanks and praise to the same “Jesus”. That is what makes us brothers and sisters in Christ. Together, we worship one God.
Let us pray:
You are our Lord and Savior, Jesus. Thank you for dying on the cross for all of us.
Our love for all people is our expression of our love to you, our God.
May we find peace in our actions.
May we find you in our effort to help others, so that in all that we see, hear and feel, we are urged to respond with love and kindness to all Your people.
As we go our separate ways this weekend, keep us safe God, and help us to make good choices.
In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen
