The Regina Catholic School Division is pleased to announce the continuation of our Grade 4 to 8 Hockey Academy for the 2025–2026 school year, in partnership with Saskatchewan-based Golden Ticket Sports.

The academy will run from September 2025 to June 2026, offering one on-ice session per week. Students will be grouped by grade level: Grades 4/5 and Grades 6–8, with all sessions led by Golden Ticket High-Performance coaches and RCSD Elementary Academy Director Shawn Stieb.

The goal remains the same—delivering high-performance coaching that helps athletes develop as hockey players while deepening their love for the game. This program includes 32 sessions of 60 minutes on ice throughout the year and emphasizes equity, inclusion, and access through RCSD and Golden Ticket’s shared values.

  4. Participants will do a flexibility/recovery session from 2:30 - 3:30 pm with PEAK Performance.
  5. Participants are then required to be picked up from the rink following their PEAK session.
